We currently service anywhere in the City of Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Stouffville,  King City, Schomberg, Bradford, Newmarket, Aurora. If you are located outside the GTA, please contact us for a quote. 

Of Course! At BroomWise, we know letting someone into your home is a big deal and we take the safety and security of our clients very seriously. We ensure our staff of insured cleaning technicians are vetted rigorously through police background checks and reference checks. Additionally, we conduct in-person interviews and training with all new hires to ensure their qualifications and suitability for the job. 

It varies depending on the size and complexity of the job.  A team of 2 cleaners is our standard, sometimes 3 depending on the size of the job. However, we do send a team of 1 cleaner when the job is small. Regardless, we guarantee you’ll receive an excellent cleaning service! 

We leave that up to you to decide! Whether you choose to stick around or head out for the day, we're happy to take care of your cleaning needs. If you are not going to be home during your appointment, please provide us with entry instruction (key or key pad code, etc)

Just a heads up: for condos/apartments - please let security and/or the concierge know that we'll be stopping by to clean, so they know to let us in! 

Our customer service team is always happy to assist, 7 days a week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST. Saturday & Sunday between 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. However, a cleaning service can be arranged outside of these hours – we're flexible!

Regular Questions

When you book online you’ll be asked to provide us with a valid credit card number. 

We’ll then place a hold on the card the day before the cleaning, however we won’t process your payment until after the cleaning is completed. 

We take pride in our fully equipped cleaning team, but we’re always willing to work with your preferences. If you’d like us to use your cleaning supplies and tools, we can certainly do so! We’re here to make your cleaning experiences as personalized as possible.  

Most appointments take between 2-4 hours, however larger spaces require additional time. An approximate time based on size and services chosen will be provided when booking.  

At BroomWise, we're confident that you'll be satisfied with our cleaning services - so confident, in fact, that we're willing to put our money where our mop is.  

If you're not completely happy with our services, contact us with photos of any areas of concern within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll come back and clean any missed spots - for free! 

At BroomWise, we don’t cut corners – we clean them!  

Refer to our cleaning checklist to better understand what’s included in every package. We also offer extra services if you’d like a deeper cleaning. 

We do our best to be as accommodating as possible, however, to ensure the safety of our cleaning professionals there are a few things we’re unable to do. 

We DON’T offer the following services:  

  • Pest removal, cleaning of bodily fluids or waste, mold, fire or smoke damage, and other chemical waste/biohazards.
  • Full wash of ceilings
  • Exterior areas such as: windows, patios, and garages
  • Cleaning under heavy furniture that require lifting or moving

We require 48 hours (2 days) to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment at no additional cost.  

If adequate notice hasn’t been given, a cancellation fee of $60 will apply.

We require a credit card on file at the time of booking.  

We will place a hold on your credit card 24 hours prior to your service date, however, you won’t be charged until after the cleaning is complete.
